Who we are
Plugged Gear Co. is an online shopping companion to The Guitar Plugged (theguitarplugged.com). We help you find gear that has been covered or recommended there. We are not a brick-and-mortar warehouse and we do not invent stock claims.
Using this site
You may browse listings, save items to wishlist or compare, and follow links to partner retailers. Do not misuse the site (for example, scraping that harms the service, attempting to break security, or using the site for unlawful activity). Content is for shopping and information. Editorial links are not a claim that every listing was hands-on tested for this store page.
Affiliate relationship
Most products send you to a partner retailer to complete the purchase. Today that includes:

Own cart (not live checkout)
Some X Concepts / accessories items can be added to a browser cart on this site. Checkout and payment are not connected. Stripe and drop-ship fulfillment are not live. We do not accept payment or charge orders on Plugged Gear Co. today. "Checkout coming soon" means no charge is taken from this site.
Pricing
Prices and "Price checked" / verified dates on listings are informational snapshots. Retailers set live prices, tax, shipping, and availability. Always confirm the price on the retailer's checkout page before you buy. We do not guarantee that a listed typical price is still current.
No warranties from us
Product warranties, fitness for a particular purpose, and product quality claims for affiliate purchases come from the manufacturer or the selling retailer — not from Plugged Gear Co. We provide the site and links "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plugged Gear Co. and The Guitar Plugged are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of this site or from purchases you make with third-party retailers after leaving this site. Our total liability for claims relating to this site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Plugged Gear Co. for a product (currently $0, because we do not take payment here) or (b) USD $50.

Links to Fender, Amazon, Reverb, Guitar Tricks, The Guitar Plugged, and other sites are outside our control. Their terms, privacy practices, and return policies apply when you are on their sites.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
