Affiliate and marketplace orders
Most Plugged Gear Co. listings send you to a partner to buy. For those orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties are handled by that retailer or seller — not by Plugged Gear Co. Check the seller's return rules before you purchase, and contact them (or the marketplace) to start a return.

Products sold directly by Plugged Gear Co.
Own-checkout items (for example X Concepts strings) are listed with a browser cart, but checkout is not live and we do not charge orders on this site today. When direct sales go live, the return window, who pays return shipping, and related terms will be shown clearly before purchase. We are not publishing a specific number of days here until those terms are decided.

No Plugged Gear Co. orders are charged through this store. There is nothing to "return" to us for unpaid cart items.
